My Triumph 650 TR6 Trophy Sport 1970 model..but registered in July 1971....now
a 750 which I got in March 1978 with its final restoration..March 2004..but
still improving
It has been powder coated / two packed and all the fasteners are now stainless
steel except the rear sub frame to the main frame as this takes a lot of strain...Most
chrome parts are also now stainless like the mudguards, handlebars, fork oil
seal covers and lots more. Police spec centre stand with extra spring / frame
lug. John Tickle front brake. LED rear light now with no maintenance battery...shorter
to clear the seat.
The seat really complements the bike, though this was the longest wait, it was well worth it in the end.
Over the years I have done these conversions / modifications..car type oil filter ( hidden out of sight ) unleaded fuel conversion, 3 phase alternator, direct earthing, halogen head light, gearbox index plunger replaces leaf spring, belt drive, modern Avon tyres, and other smaller things etc...
Special thanks to..
